Founder & Music Educator
Eldon D'souza
Eldon is a Grade 8 Trinity pianist, with 10 years of teaching experience and nearly 20 years of experience as a drummer and vocalist. Performed across major Indian cities and has collaborated with acclaimed indie artists and original music bands from Bangalore. His extensive musical background and passion for teaching continue to inspire students and audiences alike.

Sachin D'cruz
Sachin D'Cruz is a skilled guitarist and music educator with 5–7 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of performance experience. A Rockschool Grade 5 Electric Guitarist, he has performed with various bands like Crossroads, H2O band and artists across Bangalore, Mangalore, and Dubai, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to his students.

Anston Rodrigues
Anston is a Grade 8 violinist from Trinity College London with 7 years of teaching and over 10 years of performance experience. He has collaborated with artists such as Raghu Dixit and Ananya Bhat, recorded for Sandalwood films, and performed across India with The Strings Project, bringing his industry expertise and passion for music to Don's Academy of Music.

Elton Martin
Elton is a highly skilled pianist with a Diploma in Music. He has been training full band choirs for the past 5 years which also includes him being a Music Educator for 2 years and is currently in charge of a choir. With his expertise and experience, Elton can help you take your musical skills to the next level.

Rohan D'souza
Rohan is an accomplished educator with a passion for sharing his love of music through singing at numerous gigs alongside various bands. For the past year, he has been dedicated to teaching music, inspiring students to explore and develop their musical talents. Through both his lessons and performances, Rohan brings a wealth of experience and joy to the world of music.

Godwin Cherian
Godwin is a passionate music educator and accomplished musician with 7 years of experience. A Grade 5 pianist and music theory graduate from Trinity, he also holds a Diploma in Band Orchestra. Having performed for choirs and weddings in Kerala, Godwin brings a strong musical foundation and enthusiasm to every lesson as part our faculty and in-school programs.

Nathan Ebnezer
Nathan is a music educator with 4 years of teaching and over 10 years of performance experience. He has performed at Battle of the Bands events, TEDx St. Aloysius, and numerous live shows with various bands. Since joining Don's Academy of Music in 2025, he has been dedicated to inspiring students through practical and engaging music education.

Kirsten Heri
Kirsten is a passionate vocalist and guitarist. She brings a natural enthusiasm and fresh energy to her teaching at Don's Academy of Music, where she has been a faculty member since February 2026. With gigs in Mangalore, performances in college & a genuine love for music, Kirsten connects effortlessly with younger students and adds vibrance to the DAM team.

Shaun Fernandes
Shaun is a passionate keyboardist, music producer, and educator with experience performing in live music settings and church choirs. With his background, he brings a creative and practical approach to teaching. Known for his ability to connect with young learners, Shaun is dedicated to helping students build confidence and grow in their musical journey.
