Student Absence, Cancellation & Makeup Classes

To provide flexibility while maintaining consistency in learning, each student is entitled to up to 2 cancellations or rescheduling requests per billing cycle/month at no additional charge, provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given.

* These two complimentary cancellations may be used for missed classes, rescheduling requests, personal commitments, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Any unused complimentary cancellations cannot be carried forward, accumulated, transferred, or converted into credits for future billing cycles.
* Once the two complimentary cancellations have been utilized within a billing cycle, any additional missed classes or cancellation requests will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a makeup class, credit, or refund.
* Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a no-show and will not qualify for rescheduling unless approved at the academy's discretion.
* Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability and academy scheduling constraints.

This policy helps ensure fairness to all students while preserving the consistency required for effective musical progress.
