For online lessons, while our offline classes are location-specific, we provide flexible and engaging virtual sessions that you can join from anywhere. Our enthusiastic instructors use interactive tools to ensure you receive the same high standard of music education no matter where you are. Whether you choose in-person classes in Mangalore or online lessons, we’re here to guide you every step of the way toward becoming the musician you aspire to be!

While the primary focus is on these instruments, vocal lessons are flexible and may be adjusted with prior notice to suit individual needs. Yes, we incline towards Trinity and Rockschool Preparation but we also have room for hobby learners.
A: At Don Academy of Music, we provide a range of quality instruments on-site for student use, including drums, guitar, piano, keyboard, and ukulele. This allows students to fully participate in lessons without needing to bring their own instrument initially. However, for violin students, it is generally preferred that they bring their own instrument to class to ensure proper fit and familiarity. Additionally, because regular practice at home is essential for progress, we advise ALL students to purchase their own instrument to facilitate consistent practice outside of lessons.
A: Yes, at Don Academy of Music, you can obtain officially recognized qualifications such as Trinity and Rockschool Certificates. A: To participate in online music lessons at Don Academy of Music, you only need a few basic items to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. These include a reliable internet connection, a device equipped with a camera and microphone—such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone—and the musical instrument you wish to study. We conduct lessons through user-friendly video conferencing platforms like Google Meets and Zoom, which require no special software installation beyond what is commonly used. This setup allows students of all levels to connect easily with our professional instructors and receive high-quality, personalized instruction from the comfort of their home.
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, we encourage you to communicate with your instructor at least 24 hours in advance to find a suitable alternative time. Additionally, we have a cancellation policy in place for your convenience. You are entitled to 2 free cancellations per month, which cannot be used consecutively.For ongoing students, maintaining regular attendance supports steady progress across beginner, intermediate, advanced, and college prep levels.
